Job Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential customers through various channels (cold calling, email, networking, and referrals).
- Sales Presentations: Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close sales to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.

Desired Candidate Profile
Job Requirements
- Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in a sales role (general sales, B2B, or retail).
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Cairo, Egypt.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and time-management abilities.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient with a positive attitude toward rejection.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
