Missions

Main missions:

Manage, secure and develop the plant's Information System.

Ensure the integration, configuration and optimization of the SAP B1 ERP.

Ensure the availability, security, and efficiency of IT infrastructures.

Support the digitalization of industrial and administrative processes.

Main tasks and activities:

Administer and configure the SAP B1 ERP, provide user support and optimize information flows.

Manage IT infrastructures (servers, networks, cybersecurity, SQL databases).

Ensure the maintenance and evolution of industrial systems (production software, automation, interconnections).

Define and enforce IT security and data backup policies.

Carry out a technological watch and propose innovative solutions adapted to industrial needs.

Supervise, train and support internal teams in the use of IS tools.

Management support;

Provide management with reliable dashboards and indicators for the management of activity.

Advise management on strategic choices in terms of the evolution of the Information System.

Participate in the definition and implementation of the company's digital transformation plan.

Profile

SAP B1 ERP expertise: configuration, user support, optimization.

Solid skills in IT infrastructures: servers, networks, cybersecurity, SQL databases.

Knowledge of industrial systems (production software, automation, integration).

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Managerial skills and ability to support change

Supervise, train and develop the skills of the technical teams to guarantee a high level of reliability and performance.

Personal qualities: organizational skills, rigor, leadership, pedagogy, innovative spirit.

Open-mindedness and technological curiosity, to anticipate developments and propose innovative solutions.

Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments (production, maintenance, finance, management).

Results-oriented and continuous improvement, with a strong ability to adapt to industrial constraints.

Minimum 5 to 10 years in a similar position or in maintenance/operation of industrial utilities.

Experience: minimum 5 years in a similar position, ideally in an industrial environment.

Mastery of SAP B1, IT infrastructures and SQL databases, integration of industrial systems.
