Roles & Responsibilities

Role Summary

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing inbound leads, and supporting the overall sales cycle for Mannai IT Solutions’ portfolio, including hardware, software, cloud solutions, and managed services. The role focuses on prospecting, qualifying leads, coordinating with field sales teams, and closing small to mid-sized opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through calls, emails, social channels, and CRM tools.

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects in alignment with sales targets.

  • Conduct research to understand customer needs and pain points.

Sales Outreach & Engagement

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote Mannai IT products and services.

  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads or opportunities.

  • Present solutions via phone, online demos, or virtual meetings.

Opportunity Management

  • Work closely with field sales, pre-sales, and product teams to build solution proposals.

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.

  • Track all opportunities through CRM and ensure accurate forecasting.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant IT solutions.

  • Provide timely updates on promotions, new products, and services.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events, and lead-nurturing activities.

  • Provide weekly reports on pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.

  • Support tender requirements, documentation, and commercial submissions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or relevant fields.

Experience

1–3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in IT solutions, cloud, hardware, or software products.

Experience working with CRM tools (Dynamics, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).

Technical Skills

  • Good understanding of IT solutions (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, HP, Dell, cloud services, cybersecurity, networking).

  • Ability to create basic solution proposals and quotations.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of leads.

  • Strong customer-centric approach.

  • Goal-driven with a passion for sales.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of qualified leads generated.

  • Sales revenue from assigned accounts/territories.

  • Pipeline health and forecast accuracy.

  • Customer follow-up and engagement metrics.
