Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics and supply chain services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs and offering tailored solutions. Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment and service delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to improve offerings. Achieve sales targets, generate revenue, and explore upselling/cross-selling opportunities. Represent the company at industry events and promote the brand effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Relevant certifications in logistics, supply chain management, or sales (preferred).
Experience:
2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain services.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Customer-focused with excellent relationship management abilities.
Understanding of logistics operations, freight, and supply chain processes.
Market research and analytical skills to identify business opportunities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Result-oriented with strong planning and organizational abilities.
