Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections of facility infrastructure, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, to identify maintenance needs and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Oversee and manage the work of contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and safety protocols for facility maintenance and repairs.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports, documenting findings, deficiencies, and recommended corrective actions with photographic evidence, providing a clear audit trail for facility upkeep.
  • Monitor and manage facility budgets, including tracking expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring financial accountability for all facility-related expenditures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as CFM, FMP, or equivalent, showcasing a commitment to professional development and industry standards.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or a related field, with proven experience in inspection and maintenance.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of MEP systems, building codes, and safety regulations, ensuring the ability to assess and address facility needs effectively.
