About Institute of Public Administration - IPA

The Institute of Public Administration (IPA) is a Saudi government institution established in 1961 with a mandate to develop the capabilities of government employees and public administrators across the Kingdom. IPA provides training, education, research, and consultancy to public sector organizations — offering programs in public administration, management, finance, human resources, information technology, and leadership through residential courses, e-learning platforms, and customized in-agency training. The institute also conducts applied research on public administration issues relevant to Saudi Arabia and the Arab world. As a key enabler of Saudi Arabia's government transformation agenda under Vision 2030, IPA is central to building the capable, professional, and forward-looking public sector the Kingdom needs to achieve its national development goals.
