The Insurance Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of insurance sales representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Train and coach sales representatives
- Track and manage sales performance
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends
