Roles & Responsibilities

Software Skills: Proficiency in Interface Management Systems (e.g., Coreworx, Bentley, Primavera Unifier).

Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, dispute resolution, and communication skills.

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of interdisciplinary dependencies (e.g., how MEP interfaces with interior fit-outs).

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture. Experience: 15+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects, with specific experience in complex hospitality (hotels) or similar projects.
