Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

· Prepare detailed CAD drawings for joinery, interior layouts, partitions, ceilings, and furniture.

· Develop architectural and interior design concepts into technical drawings.

· Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and site teams for design requirements.

· Conduct site visits and take measurements as required.

· Ensure all drawings comply with UAE regulations, codes, and project specifications.

· Revise and update drawings as per project changes and approvals.

· Maintain organized project documentation and drawing logs.

· Provide 3D renderings and visualizations (if applicable).

· Assist in material selection and design detailing.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects within the UAE.

· Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software (e.g., Revit, 3Ds Max, Photoshop is a plus).

· Strong understanding of construction methods, detailing, and fit-out materials.

· Knowledge of local authority guidelines (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.).

· Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

· Excellent communication and coordination skills.

· Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in both commercial and residential fit-out projects.
  • Familiarity with 3D visualization tools.
  • UAE driving license (optional but preferred).
