Roles & Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
- Review weekly DTC product performance and share key highlights with the team
- Manage replenishment processes to ensure "Never Out of Stock" for key items
- Analyze views, add-to-cart, and conversion data to optimize product performance
- Coordinate End-of-Season Sale and markdown planning
- Liaise with Customer Service to ensure timely product deliveries and launches
- Collect, compile, and analyze sell-out data from distributors and wholesale partners
- Prepare monthly reports highlighting product performance and key trends

Desired Candidate Profile
Pursuing a university degree in Business, Fashion Management, Retail Management, or a related field
Knowledge of Tableau or other data tools is a plus
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and performance-driven
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Reliable, well-organized, and proactive
Passionate about products, retail, and consumer trends
Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Good verbal and written English skills; Arabic is an advantage
