Internal Audit Manager

Our client, a leading logistics real estate developer in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead its internal audit function. This role is critical in building and delivering a risk-based audit plan, reporting directly to the Audit Committee, and strengthening governance, internal controls, and whistleblowing processes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage a risk-based internal audit plan aligned with the company s strategic objectives. Establish and maintain the internal audit charter for Audit Committee approval. Collaborate with the Audit Committee and senior management to identify key risk areas. Monitor and report on audit plan progress and implementation of management action plans. Conduct internal audit engagements covering assurance and consultancy activities. Lead the whistleblowing program including awareness, investigation, and reporting. Provide consultation on policies, procedures, controls, and risk mitigation. Support internal audit activities across group subsidiaries. Manage, coach, and mentor the internal audit team to meet departmental objectives. Maintain continuing professional education (CPE) to stay current with auditing standards and best practices. This is a confidential search conducted by JOH Partners.
