Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough audits of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations, identifying discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.
  • Evaluate internal control systems to identify weaknesses and ensure that risk management strategies are effective and up-to-date.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, conclusions, and recommendations, presenting these to management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess operational efficiency and recommend process improvements that align with organizational goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred for advanced roles.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA are highly desirable, demonstrating a commitment to the profession.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in auditing or finance, preferably in a corporate setting or public accounting.
  • Experience in specific industries, such as banking, healthcare, or manufacturing, is a plus, providing insight into sector-specific challenges.
