Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform internal audit engagements for clients.

• Assess the design and effectiveness of internal controls.

• Evaluate governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

• Prepare audit reports and recommendations for management.

• Work directly with Managers/Partners on client engagements.

• Support process improvement and risk mitigation initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

• 5 to 10+ years’ experience in Internal Audit / Risk / Compliance

• Construction or EPC sector exposure preferred

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Arabic & English preferred;

• CIA/CPA/CMA is a plus.
