Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and conduct internal audits related to accounting, finance, and operational processes.
Review financial statements, general ledger entries, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable laws and regulations.
Identify financial, operational, and compliance risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with accounting, finance, and operations teams to resolve audit findings.
Follow up on audit recommendations and monitor corrective actions.
Assist in developing and updating internal audit procedures and policies.
Support external auditors when required by providing documentation and explanations.
Prepare report and present to the management
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification is a plus (CIA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
Minimum 3 years of experience in internal auditing, accounting, or external audit.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or trading companies is an advantage.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple audits simultaneously.
