Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key distributors, partners, and clients globally, negotiating contracts and ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Develop and implement international sales strategies, focusing on market penetration and expansion in assigned regions to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct thorough market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, tailored to the specific needs and cultural nuances of international clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets, providing regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Travel internationally to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and conduct on-site product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure coordinated efforts and efficient operations.
- Stay abreast of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and compliance requirements to mitigate risks.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in international sales, preferably within a specific industry (e.g., manufacturing, technology).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and export documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally frequently, adapting to different time zones and cultures.
- Possesses a proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving international sales growth.
