Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a strong engineering background to lead our international sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership: Lead, guide, and develop the sales team to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
Business Development: Identify new market opportunities and formulate strategies to expand the global heat-exchanger business.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while developing new business accounts.
Technical Expertise: Leverage engineering knowledge to articulate technical features and performance characteristics of heat exchangers to customers.
Communication: Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Travel Requirements: Willingness to undertake frequent international travelparticularly to North America and Europe.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior leadership.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree (engineering background preferred).
10 18 years of sales experience in tangible engineering or industrial products.
Documented international travel experience across North America and Europe.
10 12 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international business environment.
High flexibility and readiness for frequent travel as per business needs.
