Internship - Creative & Design Linkviva

About the Internship:

We re looking for a Creative & Design Intern who gets it someone with an eye for design, a feel for culture, and the curiosity to turn ideas into visuals that land. This internship is your inside look at how creative concepts come to life across large-scale festivals, lifestyle events, and brand experiences in the region.

From moodboards and layouts to on-site visuals and real-world execution, you ll work alongside our creative team to help shape experiences people remember (and photograph).

What You ll Actually Do:

• Support the creative team with design tasks across events, campaigns, and presentations
• Help build mood boards, layouts, and visual references that bring ideas to life
• Assist with artwork preparation for print, digital, and on-site environments
• Join brainstorms, share ideas, and help translate concepts into clear visuals
• Be on the ground during events, supporting creative setup and execution
• Help organise assets and keep projects moving smoothly

About You:

You re visually curious, detail-driven, and probably already designing, mood boarding, or experimenting in your own time. You re:

• Passionate about design, visuals, and creative storytelling
• Comfortable with design tools (or actively learning them)
• Open to feedback and excited to grow
• Organised, proactive, and happy to support where needed
• A team player who s not afraid to jump in and make things happen

Requirements:

• Final-year student or recent graduate in design, creative media, visual communication or related field
• Basic knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
• Fluent in English
• Available during event periods
• Based in the UAE or able to relocate for the internship

• Have a portfolio (student or personal work is totally fine)
• Have an interest in events, festivals, or experiential design
• Can work across both digital and physical design spaces
