Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for motivated interns to join our BPO operations team and support daily freight forwarding activities for Air and Sea shipments.
This internship is suitable for candidates who want to gain practical experience in logistics operations, shipment coordination, documentation, and follow-up.
What do you do:
- Support the team with Air and Sea shipment follow-up.
- Assist with Import and Export documentation.
- Help update shipment files and operational records.
- Follow up bookings, documents, agents, carriers, and customers.
- Support the team in tracking shipment status and pending actions.
- Assist with basic reporting and internal coordination.
Desired Candidate Profile
- University student or fresh graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, International Business, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, written and spoken. French is a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using emails, Excel, and basic systems.
- Available to work on-site in Beirut.
A plus
- Basic knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or import/export documents.
- Previous internship or experience in operations, customer service, or documentation.
