Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate, structure, and lead execution of M&A transactions in Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.
  • Maintain and develop senior-level corporate and government relationships within the Kingdom.
  • Lead client pitches and manage end-to-end transaction processes, including due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and regulatory approvals.
  • Supervise and mentor junior bankers; ensure high-quality deliverables and analysis.
  • Collaborate with sector and product teams across the firm globally.
  • Provide strategic advisory to clients, including sell-side and buy-side mandates, joint ventures, and strategic reviews.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory developments and market trends in Saudi Arabia and the broader MENA region.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of M&A advisory experience, with a strong background in executing cross-border and regional deals.
  • Proven experience working on transactions within the GCC, particularly Saudi Arabia.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) essential for stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of local business culture, regulatory frameworks, and the evolving M&A landscape in KSA.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple high-profile assignments simultaneously.
