Engagement Details
Schedule: Fully remote, asynchronous.
Commitment: Minimum 20 hours/week.
Duration: Until December, with potential for future projects.
Successful contributors increase chances of selection for additional projects.
Vetting Process
Short behavioral interview (~10 minutes) about previous deal experience.
Technical assessment (~30 minutes) testing financial expertise.
Paid assessment (2 hours) evaluating modeling skills.
Compensation & Structure
Rate: $150/hour.
Independent contractor role, classified as at-will.
Weekly payouts via Stripe Connect, based on hours logged.
Desired Candidate Profile
At least 2 years of experience in investment banking or private equity is required.
Expertise in specific product or coverage groups is essential.
