Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
-Lead investment analysis, financial modelling, and valuation across real estate development projects, joint ventures, and land acquisitions.
-Support capital structuring, project finance, and funding strategies, including debt and equity raises.
-Work closely with investors, banks, and financial institutions to support growth and expansion plans.
-Provide strategic input on new investments, partnerships, and potential M&A opportunities.
-Help establish financial frameworks, systems, and governance suitable for a growing real estate platform.
We are seeking candidates with significant real estate investment and development experience, strong financial modelling and structuring capability, and a proven track record operating in the UAE market.
Desired Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will:
