Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Operations Officer will support the daily operational activities of the business, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily operational tasks including account openings, transactions, and system updates.
  • Validate and reconcile operational data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor workflows and escalate issues promptly to avoid service delays.
  • Coordinate with Client Relations, Compliance, Finance, Product, and Technology teams to resolve operational requests.
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation for audits and internal reporting.
  • Support system testing, UAT, and process enhancements led by the Operations team.
  • Ensure adherence to CMA regulations, internal SOPs, and data security practices.
  • Provide timely responses to inquiries from internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Rotating shift-based work as per department coordination: from 8 AM to 4 PM, or 12 PM to 10 PM.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, preferably in fintech, financial services, or banking.
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows, documentation, and controls.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM or operational tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CMA regulations or financial operations is an advantage.
