Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and monitor internal ledger for contracting projects
Coordinate with Accounts and Operations teams
Track invoices generated as per completed jobs
Verify billing details against work completion reports
Ensure proper documentation and invoice accuracy
Monitor cost allocation and expense tracking
Prepare financial reports as required by management
Work in a structured and deadline-driven environment

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking an experienced Invoice Controller with strong Oil & Gas contracting background. The candidate must have hands-on experience in cost accounting, internal ledger management, and invoice tracking within a contracting company environment.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in Gulf / Saudi / India Oil & Gas field
Proven experience as Cost Accountant / Invoice Controller in contracting company
Experience in maintaining internal ledger and invoice tracking
Experience coordinating with operations and project teams

Educational & Skill Requirements

M.Com (Master of Commerce)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Good typing and documentation skills
Fluency in English (Reading, Speaking, and Typing)
