Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the iron and steel industry, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities for sales growth and market share expansion.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to order fulfillment, including preparing quotes, negotiating contracts, and coordinating logistics.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve individual and team sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the iron and steel trading industry.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of steel products, their applications, and the dynamics of the global steel market.
  • Holds relevant certifications in sales or marketing; professional certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) are advantageous.
