Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced ISO Lead Auditor preferred implementation in Chemistry factories or background in labs or chemistry or geologist to join our Calcium Carbonate manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our Integrated Management System (IMS) and ensuring that our production processes meet the highest international standards for quality, safety, and environmental impact.
Desired Candidate Profile
System Maintenance: Oversee and maintain ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
Process Auditing: Conduct internal audits specifically for mineral processing lines, ensuring compliance from raw material extraction to final packaging.
Quality Compliance: Work closely with the Lab team to ensure that Calcium Carbonate purity, particle size distribution, and whiteness/brightness meet ISO quality benchmarks.
External Liaison: Manage all certifications with external bodies and handle the renewal of all ISO certificates.
Risk Management: Identify operational risks in the factory environment and implement corrective actions (CAPA).
Documentation: Maintain rigorous documentation for all chemical processes and production safety protocols.
