Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Act as the first line of support for all IT-related incidents and service requests.
Receive, record, and manage IT support requests through the ticketing/helpdesk system.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues.
Support in project in-house and outside
Provide remote and on-site assistance to users for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Support users with email configuration, software installation, and login/access issues.
Log and maintain detailed records of IT incidents, resolutions, and asset information.
Coordinate with Level 2/3 support or vendors for unresolved technical issues.
Monitor and follow up on pending IT requests to ensure timely closure.
Maintain IT inventory and asset movement records.
Coordinate with different departments to schedule maintenance, installations, and upgrades.
Support IT projects, documentation, and R&D activities as assigned by the Head of IT.
Ensure adherence to IT security protocols and data protection guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
1 2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role.
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Firewall ,Network fundamentals, and IT hardware.
Familiarity with ticketing/helpdesk systems is an advantage.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
