Roles & Responsibilities
As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for the effective maintenance of our internal IT infrastructure. You will play a hands-on role in ensuring that hardware, software, and network systems function seamlessly across the company:
Oversee and maintain internal IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cybersecurity systems
Provide daily technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues across the organization
Conduct system installations, upgrades, and routine maintenance
Ensure data backup systems are reliable and implement effective cybersecurity protocols
Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Liaise with third-party vendors for IT support and procurement
Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, configurations, and software licenses
Deliver user training and internal support to ensure efficient use of IT resources
Desired Candidate Profile
✔ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. ✔ 3–5 years of proven experience in IT administration or technical support, preferably within a FinTech or fast-paced environment. ✔ Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN), firewalls, and system security principles. ✔ Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365, Azure, or Google Workspace is a plus. ✔ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
