Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and support our corporate network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN).
• Manage and monitor Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
• Implement and enforce robust cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems.
• Manage cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure) and virtualized environments (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery operations to ensure data integrity.
• Procure, configure, and deploy new hardware and software assets.
• Document IT processes, network configurations, and system manuals.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to recommend system improvements.

Required Skills & Software Proficiency:

• Essential Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar IT Administrator or Systems Administrator role.
• Core Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with:
  
  • Operating Systems: Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Windows 10/11, and Linux distributions
  • Networking: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and firewall management (Cisco, Fortinet, or similar)
  • Virtualization: VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V
  • Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Admin Center
  • Infrastructure Services: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, PowerShell scripting
• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Qualifications: A Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CompTIA Network+, VMware VCP) are highly desirable.
