IT asset and application Catalogue:

Support the documentation and mapping of the organization s IT landscape, including applications, systems, and infrastructure.

Assist in gathering, analyzing, and organizing IT-related data to maintain accurate records of assets, applications, and integrations.

Contribute to detailed categorization efforts such as asset tagging, software inventory updates, and application lifecycle tracking

IT health assessment.

Assist in assessing system performance, reliability, and security to determine whether the existing IT landscape is fit for purpose.

Help prepare reports and recommendations to enhance system efficiency and resilience.

IT asset management:

Act as a liaison between the IT Manager and business departments to coordinate IT asset requests, deliveries, and lifecycle updates.

Support the maintenance of asset records, ensuring all hardware and software assets are properly tracked and accounted for.

Governance, risk and controls:

Assist in the creation, documentation, and implementation of IT policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and governance frameworks.

Support compliance efforts by monitoring adherence to established IT policies and best practices.

Customer service:

Collaborate with the IT Manager to resolve user issues efficiently and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Support internal communications regarding IT updates, planned maintenance, and service improvements.

Innovation:

Work with the Group Digital Solutions Manager to identify opportunities for optimizing business processes through better use of existing technologies.
