IT Applications & Software Manager GULFA MINERAL WATER AND PROCESSING INDUSTRIES - SO

We are seeking an experienced IT Applications & Software Manager (End-to-End Integration Specialist) with strong expertise in SAP Business One integrations. The ideal candidate will lead and manage complete CRM–SAP integration operations across sales, service, and production functions within the organization.

Requirements & Experience

• Minimum 7–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Business One (SAP B1) integration with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• At least 2–3 years of stable experience with one employer in the UAE.
• Proven record in managing end-to-end integration operations, including:
  Customer & Route Management / Journey Planning Integration
  Sales & POS Integration (Retail, Van Sales, Distributor Channels)
  Tablet / Handheld Device Support for sales and delivery staff
  Customer Complaint & QA Feedback Loop Integration
  Troubleshooting (L1 & L2 Support) for CRM–SAP systems
  Service & Asset Management (Cooler Installation, Maintenance Tracking)
  Third-Party Vendor & Field Service Coordination
  Reporting & Analytics dashboards for management
• Solid understanding of FMCG or Water Production workflows, including delivery routing, customer segmentation, and POS data flow.
• Skilled in working cross-functionally with QA, Sales, Operations, and IT vendors.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Integration Objectives

• Establish one source of truth for customer, order, and route data.
• Ensure real-time visibility into sales, deliveries, and service performance.
• Enable seamless escalation between CRM → SAP → Vendor for support and troubleshooting.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability of water quality, complaints, preventive actions, and service requests.
• Drive data-driven decision-making for management and QA teams through analytics and reporting.
