Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly experienced IBM Maximo Techo-functional Lead for a position of Asset Management Lead with strong expertise in system configuration, customization, integrations, and reporting. The ideal candidate will lead the modernization and implementation of IBM MAS solutions, while driving integration with enterprise systems and delivering advanced reporting capabilities. Key Responsibilities: · Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of IBM Maximo (MAS Manage) and IBM Tririga · Drive modernization of legacy EAM systems and property management into Maximo MAS platform · Design, Own, and deliver integrations with multiple systems. · Lead integration with enterprise platforms such as Oracle Fusion and SAP Ariba · Design and build advanced reports and dashboards using BIRT · Oversee data migration, cleansing, and validation activities · Collaborate with vendors and system integrators to ensure successful delivery · Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and best practices · Prepare technical documentation and architecture designs · Conduct stakeholder demos, workshops, and end-user training
Desired Candidate Profile
· 5–10+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Maximo
· Strong expertise in Maximo MAS Manage configuration and administration
· Solid experience integrating Maximo with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, SAP, etc.)
· Strong BIRT reporting and dashboard development experience
· Experience in data migration and data quality management
· Working knowledge of Java and automation scripting (Jython)
· Experience with APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and middleware
· Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
· Exposure to multiple business lines with different requirements
· Experience in facility management contracts
Nice to Have
· Exposure to IBM TRIRIGA and those who did implementations are highly desirable
· Experience or Exposure or Oracle EAM and Oracle Property
· Experience with government or large-scale ERP programs
· Familiarity with shared services architecture
· Experience working with System Integrators (SI)
· Understanding of procurement/supplier systems (e.g., SAP Ariba)
