Roles & Responsibilities
You ll be working on meaningful, diverse projects from restaurant management platforms to MedTech solutions for radiologists and invoicing systems for the MENA region.
If you enjoy analyzing complex systems, transforming business needs into clear, actionable requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, we d love to meet you!
Leading and participating in discovery phases: identifying business needs, defining project scope
Gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements as user stories + acceptance criteria
Building diagrams: BPMN, use case, flowcharts (as-is / to-be)
Managing the backlog in Jira, maintaining documentation in Confluence, and Notion
Stakeholder management: interviews, facilitation, expectation alignment
Working within the project's methodology (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid)
Desired Candidate Profile
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
English B2 or higher written and verbal communication with team and client
Confident working with Jira, Confluence, and Notion
Hands-on experience writing user stories and acceptance criteriabr> Ability to build BPMN, use case, and flowchart diagrams
Stakeholder management experience with 3+ active stakeholders simultaneously
Solid understanding of SDLC, ability to work across different delivery processes
Personal Qualities (Important)
Adaptability quickly gets up to speed in new domains and processes
PO mindset wants to grow toward product ownership, takes responsibility for the product
Self-sufficiency within their area of ownership
Clear, structured communication with both team and stakeholders
Proactive identifies gaps independently, doesn't wait to be told what to do
