IT Business Partner (ITBP) serves as a strategic liaison between the IT department and business units,

ensuring that technological investments deliver measurable business value. IT business partner responsible

for aligning IT initiatives with business goals and driving innovative technology solutions. In-depth business

understanding of supply chain operations including Freight Forwarding (FFD), WMS, Transport management

and platform building. Experience in designing UI/UX, data analytics, customer experience omnichannel.

This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making

across the enterprise, particularly within logistics and supply chain operations

Educational Background Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

Technical Qualification /Certification- Strong understanding of IT systems, digital transformation, and emerging technologies

Related Work Experience

• 710 years of experience in IT roles, with at least 35 years in a

business partner, relationship management, or similar strategic IT role.

• Proven ability to align IT solutions with business strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and

influencing skills.

• Experience in project management, business analysis, or

innovation management is an advantage.
