What You ll Do

* Manage IT change requests from initiation through implementation and closure
* Oversee CAB meetings and review all proposed changes for compliance with standards
* Ensure changes are executed within timelines, with minimal risk and no service disruption
* Conduct risk analysis for new and modified services and align deployment schedules with business requirements
* Publish and maintain a forward schedule of change and downtime calendar across regions
* Conduct Post Implementation Reviews (PIR) and identify process improvements
* Support training and adoption of change management tools and processes within IT teams
* Collaborate with project managers and internal IT teams to ensure successful delivery into the live environment
* Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and internal controls

Ideal Profile

* UAE National with a degree in Computer Science or related discipline
* Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL, ISO 20000)
* 1 year of experience in change management is an advantage
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for supporting IT teams and end users
* Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments
* Ability to balance risk, compliance, and operational efficiency in IT environments
