The Information Technology Project Manager will plan, establish, and manage information technology (IT) projects and will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects.

Contribute to the development of annual business plans for the assigned areas of responsibility to support the achievement of financial and strategic objectives.

Manage the activities and work performed by direct reports to ensure that it is carried out in an efficient and effective manner, in line with the annual business plans, and departmental policies and procedures.

Assigns duties and responsibilities and oversees workflow of project staff.

Hires and trains members of the technical staff. Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy

Ensure that the all projects fall within the scope of the Project Management process and is complete and contains all the information that is required for it to be processed.

Ensure preparation of reports in a timely and accurate manner to meet the departmental requirements.

Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.

Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.

Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.

Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills

Bachelor s degree in Computer or Information Science-related field required; Master s degree preferred.

PMP or related certification is a must.

Strong Knowledge of Performance Evaluation.

Solid Understanding of Reporting.

Excellent communicator.
