Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide basic IT support for hardware, software, and systems.
Assist with installation and setup of computers, printers, and IT equipment.
Troubleshoot common IT and network issues and escalate when required.
Support user access, email setup, and password resets.
Maintain IT inventory and basic documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a local UAE university degree is preferred.
Holds relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or ITIL, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and industry best practices.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of the UAE's IT landscape, including local regulations, industry trends, and the digital transformation initiatives.
A citizen of the United Arab Emirates (Emirati) is required, reflecting the commitment to national talent development.
