Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and maintain virtualization environments (vCenter / VMware).
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure (MikroTik routers and switches).
Administer web hosting environments, including cPanel servers.
Deploy, configure, and support firewall solutions (MikroTik and Fortinet), including security policies, VPNs, and traffic management.
Provide technical support and customer service for clients, both remotely and on-site when required.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware (servers, PCs, networking equipment) and software systems.
Diagnose and resolve system, network, and security issues efficiently.
Perform regular system updates, backups, and basic security hardening.
Handle Customer satisfaction
Document configurations, changes, and support activities clearly.
