Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal downtime.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems, including wired and wireless connections, to maintain seamless data flow.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the Active Directory environment, ensuring data security and compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Holds relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
- Has a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support, preferably within the UAE.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems, hardware, and software applications.
