GENERIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Corporate governance Ensure all divisional activities comply with corporate governance & regulatory/legal frameworks
• Report Present periodical analytical report for department performed activities and their impact on environment.
• Governance: the IT processes to ensure proper level of adherence to QA standards.
• Is responsible to report his weekly work in a task sheet and to produce project status reports for all projects assigned to him accurately and as instructed to his direct manager to evaluate the quality and performance on his assigned tasks.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Incident Management provide enterprise-level Service Management practice to strengthen current IT environment operations and implement industry best practices leveraging the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework.
• Update the incident reporting systems with resolution information, liaise with problem management on detection of potential trends.
• Procedures : Participate in the development of IT procedures and monitor relevant practices in terms of quality of deliverables to ensure full adherence to the QA set standards
• IT Audit: Work independently with assigned IT resources to address deficiencies identified during Internal Audits, Regulatory Audits, SOX Audits, and PCI Assessments.
• Risks: identify potential risks related to lower/unacceptable quality outputs, propose corrective actions, and ensure that the remediation plan dates are closed on time.
• Change Management Manage the receiving, logging and maintaining change requests that IT receives from ABK Business and internally within IT to ensure delivery according to expectations, adherence to the organization's change management policy.
• Coordinates activities of Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency Change Advisory Board (ECAB).
• Assisting IT management in putting processes and procedures that ensure IT delivers provable value to the business with agreed KPIs and SLAs.
• Presenting monthly analytical reports for IT Mgmt. on IT deliverables, performed activities and their impact on the organization.
Education
• Bachelor s Degree in relevant discipline
• Information Security Incident Management
• COBIT 5 Certification is an asset
Knowledge :
• IT Governance Process
ITSM based on ISO 20K
Experience
• 10+ years IT Experience.
• Experience analyzing information and driving resolution.
• Experience interpreting and supporting IT and Business Processes.
