As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the foundational technology frameworks that support an organization's operations. Your expertise will ensure the seamless integration of hardware and software solutions, enhancing the overall efficiency and security of the IT environment. You will be responsible for evaluating existing systems, identifying areas for improvement, and planning the development of future infrastructure solutions. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that all systems are aligned with organizational objectives and able to support both current and future growth. Additionally, you'll manage complex projects and troubleshoot any infrastructure-related problems that may arise, ensuring systems are optimized, secure, and resilient.

• Design and implement robust IT infrastructure solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Conduct performance analysis and capacity planning to optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure high levels of system and infrastructure availability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies seamlessly.
• Monitor system performance to detect potential issues and implement preventative measures.
• Maintain strong security practices to protect IT assets from cyber threats and breaches.
• Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for reference and compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices and technical solutions.
• Oversee vendor relationships to ensure service delivery meets quality and cost expectations.
• Develop disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and data loss during IT incidents.
• Keep up to date with the latest technologies and recommend upgrades or replacements.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Engineer or similar role in the IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of network and system administration principles and practices.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V is essential.
• Familiarity with cloud computing services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure situations.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
