Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key enterprise accounts to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.

  • Identify, develop, and close opportunities within existing and new large clients.

  • Develop strategic account plans to enhance client engagement and business growth.

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers, stakeholders, and procurement heads.

  • Collaborate with the technical, marketing, and product teams to deliver customized IT solutions.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify business opportunities.

  • Drive the end-to-end sales process — from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and post-sale support coordination.

  • Present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B IT sales, key account management, or enterprise solutions.

  • Proven ability to manage large-scale accounts and meet aggressive sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and digital transformation solutions.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms).

  • Experience selling IT infrastructure, software solutions, or managed services.

  • Established network within enterprise or government clients.

  • Strategic mindset with an analytical and data-driven approach to sales.
