Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and grow key enterprise accounts to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
Identify, develop, and close opportunities within existing and new large clients.
Develop strategic account plans to enhance client engagement and business growth.
Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers, stakeholders, and procurement heads.
Collaborate with the technical, marketing, and product teams to deliver customized IT solutions.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify business opportunities.
Drive the end-to-end sales process — from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and post-sale support coordination.
Present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
4+ years of experience in B2B IT sales, key account management, or enterprise solutions.
Proven ability to manage large-scale accounts and meet aggressive sales targets.
Strong understanding of IT products, services, and digital transformation solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms).
Experience selling IT infrastructure, software solutions, or managed services.
Established network within enterprise or government clients.
Strategic mindset with an analytical and data-driven approach to sales.
