We are seeking a reliable and
technically skilled IT Manager to oversee the company s IT infrastructure,
systems, and day-to-day technology operations. The IT Manager will be
responsible for ensuring system stability, security, and efficiency while leading
the IT team and coordinating with internal departments. This role reports to
senior management and provides regular updates on system performance, risks,
and improvement initiatives that support the company s business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and
supervise the IT team, ensuring smooth daily operations and performance
• Oversee the
installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network
systems
• Ensure system
security through access controls, backups, firewalls, and cybersecurity best
practices
• Monitor system
performance and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely manner
• Develop,
implement, and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices
• Prepare IT
reports, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors while reporting key
updates to senior management
Required Experience:
• Minimum 5 7
years of experience in IT or systems administration
• Proven
experience managing networks, servers, and enterprise IT systems
• Experience in
IT security, system upgrades, and technology implementations
Required Education &
Qualifications:
• Bachelor s
degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Professional
certifications (e.g., ITIL, CCNA, CompTIA, or similar) are an advantage
• Strong
knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and system administration
