Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the IT team, including daily operations and performance.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks.
• Ensure system security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
• Plan and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage IT budgets, purchases, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with other departments to understand technology needs and provide support.
• Stay updated with new technologies to improve efficiency and security.
• Ensure data protection and compliance with company and government regulations.
• Support and oversee system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar IT leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
