IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall IT activities and lead the department s staff through coaching and training.
• Develop and implement the IT strategic plan in line with company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and data security standards.
• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and software applications across head office and branches.
• Manage acquisitions of hardware/software, coordinate with vendors, and negotiate cost-effective solutions.
• Supervise the implementation and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring efficiency and timely reporting.
• Monitor and enhance system security, backups, and contingency plans.
• Support business units by recommending effective IT solutions and new technologies.
• Oversee user support requests, network operations, and system administration.
• Guide, develop, and motivate the IT team through yearly performance appraisals and training programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, preferably in the food/FMCG industry.
• Strong expertise in SAP, Qlik Sense, and Pimz.
• Advanced knowledge of operating systems, networks, relational database management systems, and programming languages.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
