Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Your responsibilities

  • Lead all IT operations in KSA network, servers, endpoints, AV systems, VPN, andbr>more.
  • Ensure high availability and performance of internal IT systems, both on-prem and cloud.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT infrastructure and asset inventory.
  • Manage and mentor the local helpdesk team; personally handle L3/escalated tickets.
  • Ensure fast, effective resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Own onboarding/offboarding processes, access provisioning, and user lifecyclebr>management.
  • Enforce cybersecurity best practices and coordinate with internal security teams.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with SAMA s CSF, BCM, CCRF, and Outsourcingbr>Regulations.
  • Support audits and prepare relevant IT documentation and reports.
  • Drive implementation of new IT tools, office infrastructure, and system upgrades.
  • Liaise with vendors for procurement, cabling, and ongoing support contracts.
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget, with clear stakeholder communication.
  • Act as the single point of contact for all IT-related matters in KSA.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor SLAs.
  • Collaborate with business units, finance, security, and compliance teams.

Your expertise

  • Bachelor s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in IT support, infrastructure, and operations.
  • Certifications preferred: ITIL, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified, CISSP, PMP.
  • Technical Strength: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, SaaS tools, MDM, SSO, andbr>VPNs.
  • Security Savvy: Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and incident response.
  • SAMA Compliance: Deep familiarity with SAMA regulatory frameworks.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and mentor junior staff.
  • Communication: Native Arabic Speaker. Clear communicator in English;
  • Problem Solver: Can own, diagnose, and resolve complex IT issues withoutbr>handholding.
  • JumpCloud / Azure AD / Google Workspace Admin
  • CrowdStrike / SentinelOne / FortiClient, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Freshservice
  • Asset management tools like Snipe-IT
  • Basic automation using PowerShell, Bash, or equivalent
