Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify potential IT suppliers and evaluate their offerings against organizational needs and budget constraints.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure favorable terms, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards while maximizing value.
  • Collaborate with IT departments to understand technical requirements, ensuring procurement aligns with current and future technology strategies.
  • Prepare and manage procurement documentation, including Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs), to streamline the purchasing process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is essential.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT procurement or related fields within a corporate environment is required.
  • Certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) are highly advantageous.
  • Experience in negotiating complex IT contracts with a solid understanding of legal terms and conditions is preferred.
