Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate project meetings, ensuring clear agendas and actionable outcomes for IT initiatives.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks affecting project delivery.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring all parties are aligned.
- Translate technical documentation and project requirements into Arabic for effective communication and understanding.
- Manage project documentation, including version control, ensuring all information is current and accessible.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Experience in project coordination or IT project management.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello)
Certification – ITIL Foundation, PMP, CSM
Must be Arabic speakers.
