Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

This is a full-time remote role for IT Project Leaders/IT Project Managers. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and overseeing IT projects to meet organizational objectives. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, risk identification, and ensuring project deliverables align with quality standards. Additionally, the role includes stakeholder communication, monitoring project progress, and providing regular updates to ensure successful project completion.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Project Management, Task Prioritization, and Resource Allocation

  • Technical expertise in IT systems, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC),

  • Competence in Risk Management, Budgeting, and Process Optimization

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, or other project management software is an advantage

  • Ability to work independently and ensure remote team alignment

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant project management certification is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Previous experience in leading end-to-end IT projects is highly desirable
