Responsibilities

• Define project scopes, objectives, and key deliverables in hardware development initiatives.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of hardware projects.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure timely completion.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs when necessary.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks related to hardware deployment.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation to support hardware project objectives.
• Report and escalate project issues to management as needed for resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders and suppliers.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques regularly.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference.
• Lead project status meetings and encourage collaboration among team members.
• Evaluate and implement improvements to existing project management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven working experience in IT project management, specifically hardware-focused.
• Strong understanding of hardware systems, networking, and components.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on meeting hardware project goals.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
