IT Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will oversee and manage an IT organisational design change. This role requires expertise in running RFPs/tenders, excellent communication skills, and understanding of organizational design. Preferred experience in SAP ERP domain and understanding of IT governance are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Monitoring: Track project progress, performance, and deliverables using appropriate project management tools.
• IT Governance: Understanding of and adherence to IT governance, including processes, meetings, and organising information packs and actions as required
• RFP/Tender Management: Develop, issue, and manage RFPs/tenders, including vendor selection and contract negotiation.
• Communication: Facilitate clear and open communication among senior stakeholders, team members, and vendors.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
• ERP: experience in ERP is preferred, ideally SAP
• Consultancy Collaboration: experience working with IT consultancies
